Where is my order?

Step 1: Check your confirmation email

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case).

Step 2: Use your tracking number

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest updates on your delivery.

Step 3: Allow for processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has shipped.
